Elle Starzec Donner - Director
Elle Starzec’s training began at Mrs. Betsy's School of Dance in Franklin, North Carolina. Training included all types of dance as well as musical theater. As an advanced dancer, she was invited to participate in the studios company where she performed in various locations in North Carolina and Georgia. Because of this benefit she was able to attend many theaters, dance structured workshops, master classes, and intensives all over the United States. She also found, at an early age, not only did she enjoy dance but the theater as well. She has performed in many productions and choreographed many as well. Also being trained in all areas of the theater from center stage to backstage. Some of her Theatre Choreography credits include: “White Christmas;” “Into the Woods;” “25th annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.” “Nunsense.” Her choreography is also extended to local High School Pageants as well. Some performance credits include: “Peter Pan”, “Charlotte's Web",”Beauty and the Beast,” “Into the Woods,” “White Christmas,” Dr. Horribles.”
In 2011, she moved to Augusta, GA to attend Augusta University. In that same year she began teaching dance around Augusta as well. As the Performance Arts Director she teaches and choreographs performance groups, beginner classes all the way to advanced classes, including adult classes. She is one of the founding teachers of The North Augusta School of Dance. Elle enjoys dancing at home with her Husband, John and Daughter Catherine.

Hannah Walden - Assistant Director
Hannah Walden has been singing all her life. Coming from a musical family, she was raised from an early age surrounded by music and rehearsals. Her performance and choir experience started at the age of 3 and has continued throughout her life. Hannah began classical choral training at 11, attending Davidson Fine Arts School. She was an auditioned Georgia Music Educators Association All State Chorus participant for seven years. She continued her training with several gifted instructors throughout high school and college. She has been a featured soloist and worship leader at Warren Baptist Church. Also, she worked as a professional vocalist and actor for The Singing Princesses, a party and events company where she loved using songs to bring a little magic to children’s special occasions. Hannah has been leading preschool worship for several years and began leading a preschool choir at Warren Baptist in 2018. She earned a degree in Early Childhood Education and has experience as a classroom teacher.
Hannah has a passion for singing and loves helping each new singer reach their goals. Students in her class will learn fundamentals of correct singing that will help them have a solid foundation as future musicians. She loves working with young students who are interested in growing their vocal abilities and reaching their full potential. She believes it is very important to teach children to protect their voices and uses exercises and songs to help them sing in a developmentally appropriate way. Singing exercises your heart and lungs and releases endorphins which make you feel good. Voice lessons are also a great way to build confidence. Learning the basics of music theory in voice class will help make students well rounded musicians.
Hannah is married to her wonderful husband Kevin and they have two budding musicians, Aria and Kaydence. Hannah loves serving at her church, spending time with her family, and singing along with musicals. She is excited to be part of growing this new aspect of the arts at North Augusta School of Dance

His one-man show, From Mozart to Motown sold out the 850-seat Imperial Theater 5 times, and most recently, the 1300-seat Miller Theater. Guest appearances at St. Paul's Episcopal Church's "Star-Spangled 4th of July" and "Tuesday's Music Live concerts garnered standing room only audiences, and his tour de force performance as Coalhouse Walker, Jr. in “Ragtime” was the talk of the 2019 theatrical season.
Reflective of his passion for pouring into the lives of young people, Russell Joel Brown designed and served as Director of Boys With A Future, a world-class after school program for inner-city boys in academic and life crisis in the Harrisburg area of Augusta, from 2019 - 2024. This program worked to revolutionize this underserved area through education, the only sure way out of poverty and into a fulfilling and well-rounded life. With the foundational support of Good Neighbor Ministries, Boys With A Future achieved a 100% graduation rate, in a county that only achieves a 29% rate among this demographic.
