Our Summer "Little Legends" Dance Camp is a super fun camp structured for 5 to 10 year olds. We offer a 3 day camp with professional/adult instructors, a full schedule of classes in styles of Ballet, Jazz, Hip hop, Contemporary and more featuring exclusive guest teachers!

$50 non refundable deposit is required to hold class placement. If you have multiple children, please register each child and you will be automatically charged one $50 family deposit.
You do not have to be a registered student to attend. You must register for both all access and one day passes.
Once registered online, payments are due in full by June 15th, prior to first class starting.
Registered dancers may click here at any time to make online payments to your registration before June 15th.
Parent Showcase will be held Saturday June 18th at 1:00pm and will last about 30 to 45 minutes. A combination from each class will perform in the Saturday Showcase. *If you have a 1 day pass, please make arrangements to attend the Rehearsal & Show Class on Saturday from 11:00 - 1:00 and then stay for the Showcase at 1:00.

*We do not provide Lunch and/or Snacks. Please pack a lunch for 30 minute break.
You are required to wear dance or athletic clothes, easy to move in. You do not need to purchase shoes. Hair must me up out of face secured tight to the head. No gum or candy. Cellphones and electronic devices must be put up, out of sight and turned off while Intensive is in session.
*Space is limited. NASD holds the right to without notice, cut off registration early if Intensive fills to capacity.

Camp Teachers

Maryann DeAngelis has been an instructor for over 23 years in jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, stretch and strength, tumbling and acrobatics at many different studios all over the United States and is certified in Acrobatic Arts. She recently started Innovative Fusion, an in studio dance convention and travels all over the US with multiple faculty members. Maryann has worked at Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Capones, just to name a few! She appeared in the American Idol movie "From Justin to Kelly" and also in a celebration for Kelly Clarkson in Texas, performed at Superbowl XXXVII with Styx and Sting and choreographed for Kat DeLuna for a concert in Florida. Maryann has also been a judge/convention instructor for ADA, NTG, VIP, Heat, Motiv8 and Bravo. She is on the sub list at Broadway Dance Center in NYC and has worked with the hit TV show Dance Moms at Candy Apple's Dance Center. She also occasionally works with Olympic Ice Skating and Gymnastic hopefuls on choreography. Maryann has been collaborating with musical artists to offer special contemporary classes with a live vocalist, musicality for dancers and recently choreographed a music video for an upcoming singer in Nashville. Her choreography has won top honors at Regional and National competitions for the past 20 years. Maryann's style & positive energy have made her classes very popular wherever she goes!
Mikaela Graf took her first dance class at 6 years old and has been dancing ever since. Born in Ohio and growing up all across the US, she has been trained by many different teachers at various studios in several styles. She competed with Dance Force in Clarksville, TN and our very own North Augusta School of Dance. Mikaela recently graduated from Davidson Fine Arts in 2019 and currently attends college at Augusta University, where she majors in Psychology. Her training includes ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, and hip hop, and she has participated in local fine arts events, such as the Young Americans Workshop in 2018 and Fake It to Make It in 2020. She loves to take any opportunity to show off her passion and heart for dance,


Ashley Rutherford began training in dance at age 2. She competed with Studio West Dance, No limits Dance and Dance Attack. At the age of 10, Ashley performed with children’s artist Linda Arnold in "Circus Magic" and is a featured singer on the "Circus Magic" CD along with several live shows touring California.
Ashley has trained in Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary and Ballet and has trained with renowned teachers and choreographers across the country. She was a member of The Dance Company of San Francisco under the direction of Sonya Tayeh and Chris Jacobson. She started her own dance business at the age of 15 “Gotta Dance" and worked with private schools, after-school programs and preschools bringing the joy of dance to the younger students throughout the bay area.
Ashley has directed a pre-professional dance company for over 10 years. Her dancers have earned high point awards and are nationally recognized. Ashley has set choreography and directed several shows for the Salvador Dali Museum. She has worked with the Arts Council of Monterey including directing the "Champions of Arts" event where she choreographed a live show to honor Allen Sylvester. She has students that have majored in dance at colleges such as Juilliard, Chapman, Berkley and several other distinguished schools. Ashley has also judged for several regional dance competitions.
Ashley is very dedicated to her students. She continues to educate herself, to provide her students with not only dance training but also self esteem, confidence, and life skills.
Josie Moore is a versatile and emerging artist from Newberry, South Carolina. In her early years of dance training, she attended the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities. During her summers she has trained at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. Josie’s dancing experience ranges from Classical ballet and Modern all the way to musical theatre. Currently, she is enrolled at The University of North Carolina School for the Arts majoring in contemporary dance. During her time at UNCSA she has performed a variety of works including, Robert Battles’, Battle Field and many works by Josée Garant.
Aside from her dance courses, Josie enjoys teaching dance to younger students, and gaining experience as an emerging choreographer. Upon graduation, Josie is interested in a deeper exploration into dance on film as the pandemic has forced us to look at the art form in different ways.


Stephen “Stevo” Jones is a professional dancer, choreographer and actor most well known for his role as the antagonist in Step Up All In. The vast part of his career has been spent touring much of the globe and/or performing alongside superstars such as Kelly Rowland, Neyo, Becky G, Luke Byran, The Weeknd and Lindsey Stirling. He has performed at The Super Bowl, The Orange Bowl, CMT, BET and Teen Choice Awards and on renowned tv shows such as Regis and Kelly, So You Think You Can Dance, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Showtime at the Apollo, TRL Live and 106 & Park. On the big screen you can find Stephen dancing in the films Trolls, Footloose, Step Up 3D and on the TV series Timmy Failure, Tell Me a Story, I Love You America and most recently filmed on ABC’s “Queens” which is set to come out this year. Stephen can currently be found in his most recent acting venture on the movie “Lazarus” a Tubi exclusive. Stephen has choreographed for American Pie 4, The Atlanta Falcons Halftime Show, Georgia Lottery, Atlanta Hawks, R&B artist Lloyd and Jacob Latimore to name a few. Now an entrepreneur based in Atlanta Georgia, Stephen is building several businesses as he continues to add to his entertainment resume. He is continually sought after as a teacher and has expanded his lessons nationally and internationally for over a decade.
Luciana Ravizzi was born and raised in Argentina and began her studies of classical ballet at the age of 11 years old. She had the opportunity to study and train with some of the best and most recognized Ballet teachers in Buenos Aires including Olga Ferri. In 1994 she attended the prestigious Instituto Superior de Arte del Teatro Colon and during the course of her studies had the opportunity to be selected to perform with Argentina’s national Ballet company, Teatro Colon, on a number of occasions.
In 1999 at the age of 16, she received a scholarship to study at the Royal Ballet School in London, attending the Upper School for three years and graduating in 2002. During her studies at the Royal Ballet School she was chosen to dance with the Royal Ballet Company in various productions including an international tour of Australia with the productions of "Swan Lake" and “Giselle”, as well as a gala for HRH Princess Margret.
Following her graduation Luciana joined Scottish Ballet as a member of the corps de ballet before being promoted to First Artist and then Soloist. She remained with Scottish Ballet for 13 years dancing at the very highest level around the world performing leading roles in ballets such as "Romeo and Juliet","The Nutcracker","Sleeping Beauty","Cinderella","Rite of Spring","Five Tangos","Song of the Earth","Elite Syncopations","Carmen","Pennies from Heaven","The Crucible","Hansel & Gretel”, "A Streetcar named Desire”, etc.
Following her successful career abroad as a professional dancer, she began teaching both amateurs and professionals and has been invited to guest teach master classes & seminars internationally for both schools and companies and in 2017 opened her own Studio in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
