2020 Spring Showcase

Location: The Miller Theater

We hold four End of the Year performances at The Miller Theater along with a dress rehearsal for each class your child is in. Two of these shows are designed just for our younger dancers in Bitty Ballet, Tiny Taps & Tutus & JR Combo Classes. These Mini Showcases are approximately 1 hour long and are during the daytime.

We hold two older Showcases for Level 1 ages and older, approximately 2 hours long with an intermission and are in the evening.

We DO NOT hold normal classes this week - May 25th, 2020 and instead require dancers to rehearse, in FULL costume hair & makeup during the scheduled theater time. Dancers must arrive early as we take a tour of backstage and answer questions prior to rehearsing onstage.

This performance weekend is optional but strongly recommended so that each dancer gets the full performance experience and the opportunity to celebrate how hard they have worked in class over the year. 

In February we measure for costumes and start to prepare for this weekend. Fees are also due this month and can be found on your monthly account statement.

Rehearsal Times & Show times will be released once we get payment for performance fees and costumes are ordered.

Performance fees will be listed on your monthly statements, however because this is a optional performance they will never automatically be charged to cards on file and it is your responsibility to pay these fees. Our office can help set up payment plans.

Family Performance Fee is $125.00, this includes 1 costume and everything needed for the performance. Additional costumes are $65.00 each. A costume will be needed for each class. Included in this price will be armbands to the show(s) your dancer will perform in. We do not sell tickets. Armbands are how we ensure everyone has a seat. Families are always welcome to swap and trade armbands among each other. We ask to please return to our office any armbands not being use and once everyone has received the same amount of armbands if more is needed for your family friends and guests our office will be happy to meet those needs.

Costumes & Performance Fees are non-refundable - no exceptions.

Costumes must be paid for before being ordered.

Costumes must be paid for in full before being sent home.

Show Reminders:

Doors will open 30 minutes before each show. Video and photography is allowed - NO FLASH Photography.

Please place dancers name on all costumes, shoes and items backstage. Plastic disposable water bottles only with names on them - No sports water bottles.

JR Combo classes perform 2 dances and must place 2nd pair of shoes in zip-lock bag with name on it - no dance bags will be allowed backstage.

Dancers with multiple dances please come dressed in your first costume.
